Introducing Lyric.....

As I mentioned a week or so ago, I fell in love with a little 'waif' on Shelly's site and she arrived here in Spain this week!  She is every bit as cute in real life too, and immediately the name Lyric came to mind.  I made her a little outfit to wear....she chose all the fabrics herself! ;) I think she has a style all her own!!  She is also the lucky first time wearer of a pair of lovely T bar sandals from JJ!  I can't wait to buy some more of these great footwear!

Lyric has those bigger early Gotz shoulders so next time I'll make her outfits a bit looser, but I have to admit that I like her in blues, I think she's so pretty and the colours really look nice with her eyes!

Kendal warmed me that I would probably fall in love with older Gotz girls and I have to admit that she is right.....she already knows me so well!!!! :)

Sorry, my photos are a bit repetitive!!!!  I will get a bit more 'daring' and 'imaginative' once it quietens down around here.....!!!

PS The untidy hair look is deliberate, I really love the windswept look....which is probably just as well!!  LOL

    1. Thanks very much Lorraine, I'm very happy with her, and she's settling in well. I usually take ages to think of names, so it's a relief to have a name for her already...she just needed something different! Glad you like the outfit too!

    1. Thanks Dee, glad you like her and her outfit. I did the hair like that because I wanted to cover the elastic hairbands and didn't have any ribbons here...and then was really pleased with how it came out!
I'm delighted with the JJ sandals, I will definitely get some more colours. I got brown and blue, I want all the colours of the rainbow now!!!! And yes, I did make the socks.
I've been working hard, I hope you will like my latest ebay offering!!

    1. Awww thanks so much Ronny! Glad you like her. Yes, I do like them to look childlike, I've always loved child dolls rather than fashion dolls, so it's fun with the Sashas!

    1. Awww thanks so much Penny, glad you like her and her outfit. Her hair is very soft and silky but falling/breaking badly. I hope that it stabilises soon though or she'll be another candidate for wigging!!

  6. She's so irreisistibly cute and adorable and as the old UK saying goes...'Looks good enough to eat!'

Stripes, spots and florals all combined in one delightful little Summer outfit that I'm thinking that we have another Cindy Patrick of Pinestreetstudios in the making here.

Looks like another little star has been born!

    1. Thanks so much Kendal, I'm really glad you like her as much as I do...and thank you also for all your help in choosing her to come and live with us here in Spain! I'm very happy with this sweet little person! She has settled herself straight in with the others!!!
LOL, I'm not sure what Cindy would think of that, but hopefully I'll develop my Sasha style and people will like it and want to have their girls and boys seen in it! I guess it'll take time but I'll keep working on it!!!
